1. A minimum deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking date. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, we understand that it's easy to get caught up in the excitement of a wedding fayre, so if you change your mind within 24 hours of booking, we will happily provide a full refund of your deposit.

2. The remaining balance is required at least 1 month before the wedding date. We will endeavour to send you a reminder, as you'll have enough on your plate!

3. Any alterations or cancellations must be notified in writing (email is fine).

​

4. Complimentary extras such as vehicle ribbons, bows and aerial photography captured using our lightweight drone are provided at the sole discretion of Ace Tesla Chauffeur. Their use is subject to weather conditions, location, venue restrictions, legal requirements and safety considerations. As these are complimentary additions and not part of the contracted service, they cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our absolute best to include them.

5. Where aerial photography is possible, selected photographs and/or video clips will be provided to the couple at the earliest opportunity following the wedding. Ace Tesla Chauffeur may also use selected photographs or video for promotional purposes, including our website and social media. If you would prefer that we do not use any images or video from your wedding, please let us know and we will of course respect your wishes.

6. Delays. Ace Tesla Chauffeur will make every reasonable effort to arrive on time and complete the booking as agreed. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to road traffic accidents, severe congestion, road closures or extreme weather conditions.

7. Vehicle Failure. In the unlikely event that the booked vehicle is unable to complete the hire due to mechanical failure or any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control, Ace Tesla Chauffeur's liability will be limited to a full refund of any monies paid.

8. Ace Tesla Chauffeur cannot be held responsible or liable for loss or damage to the hirer’s property, luggage or personal effects howsoever it may be caused.

9. Ace Tesla Chauffeur accepts no liability for clothing or any object being marked, dirtied or damaged in any way during the duration of the service. This includes any complimentary refreshments provided.

10. Hirers will be held responsible for any damage to the vehicle howsoever caused by the clients or their guests regardless of cost, including but not limited to damage such as stains, cigarette burns or fabric damage.

11. The Tesla is strictly non-smoking.

​

12. Ace Tesla Chauffeur reserves the right to refuse or terminate the service if any passenger behaves in a threatening, abusive or unsafe manner towards the chauffeur or causes damage to the vehicle. In such circumstances, any refund will be at the sole discretion of Ace Tesla Chauffeur.

13. Ace Tesla Chauffeur reserves the right for our chauffeur to refuse to drive into or over any object that may cause damage to the vehicle.

14. Ace Tesla Chauffeur reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any amendments will not affect existing confirmed bookings.

15. In case any one or more of the provisions contained in these conditions shall be illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under any law or regulation, such provisions shall be severed from and shall not affect or impair the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions thereof.

16. Important: Ace Tesla Chauffeur demands that the happy couple have the very best day of their lives! This is non-negotiable.
